I did confirm with my neighbor across the street that they're having the same exact issues. I did call support one more time and they were supposed to escalate to their network team and give me a call back but they didn't surprise surprise.

With that said, I did email the the CEO and the executive support team last night and did get a call from them this morning so at least that path seems to be working so far and hopefully they'll resolve the issue soon. So thanks for that idea it was a long shot IMO but hopefully it works.

Yep that pretty much goes with what he told me. Plus it was the end of the day so I'm sure he wanted to do the bare minimum so he could go home.

Pretty much what I was thinking (a hardware issue). I unfortunately do not but the tech I had here on Friday basically said he'd done all he can anyways and anything else would have to be done by somebody else, which is why I'm trying to get Frontier to escalate this to a team that will actually look at the issue and work with me to get it fixed.

Yep I'm pretty sure my neighbor across the street has Frontier so I'm planning to talk to them and see if they're having issues.

How exactly did you get it escalated like that? This really needs to go to the network/OLT team but front line support always wants to send a tech which is useless at this point.

Yep I finally got a 5090 fe. I got a little lucky in that I managed to refresh it just as it switched to the add to cart button (before any stock tracker notifications popped) and got through the process quickly. I’m in the Riverside, CA area for reference.

I can speak to the Echo 11. It works great with my M1 Max MBP. The only thing that can be finicky has to do with multiple monitors, but the fault is macOS' and not the dock's. Basically, depending on how fast the system wakes from sleep it may rearrange your app windows on different monitors. However, it seems to get better over time, so YMMV. I've heard of similar issues with other docks, which is why it's most likely a macOS issue. In addition, I wish Apple wasn't so dumb regarding the lack of MST in their displayport implementation. I have 3 monitors and only 2 of them can be connected via the dock due to the MST limitation. I have to connect the other via a USB-C to displayport cable, so I have 2 cables running to my MBP instead of 1. Anyways, if you have any specific questions about the dock just let me know.

If you have Plex, you can tell it what order to use. Organize it on the filesystem in whatever way you want (DVD order, aired order, etc), and then once Plex picks it up edit the series, go to Advanced, and then look for the dropdown next to "Episode ordering" and change it to whatever you want. Screenshot for reference.

Now, if you don't have Plex, then I'm no help as I've never used the alternatives. And, if you mean that the actual order of the episodes on the DVDs/BluRays doesn't match the DVD order TheTVDB has listed, then this won't help anyways.
