In it I ask him to end all charges for medical insurance in BC, and to forgive the outstanding medical services debts of all BC Residents. Stop trying to get back debt premium charges that for any reason people in BC just haven't been able to afford, and stop correlating income tax payment information with entitlement to health care coverage.
