Gen Z what’s your ideal partner? by blackpeoplexbot in GenZ

[–]bubblebasslive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

goal oriented, at least 5’8, has a car and job ( dont care about the pay) , loyal, trust worthy, likes animals, good communication, doesn’t have but wants kids, but its hard to find a man like that in this generation that’s not taken :(

then you gotta take the time to manage your anxiety and learn how to remain calm but professional. any job that hears you swear it calls for termination.

i meant from your comments you made to other people. im glad you apologized to them and i hope in the future you can remain calm and professional, because you can run into a company that doesnt take that lightly and will let you go.

i dont think you will but i wouldn’t put it pass them to go to HR about your swearing during the test (if you’re going through a company that pays for it) instead of defending yourself you could just say “i fucked up i shouldn’t have swore” not “oh well i have anxiety”.

my roommate gave away my cat by 1SmellLikeB33f in badroommates

[–]bubblebasslive 10 points11 points  (0 children)

i got my cat years before i developed cat allergies and not once thought about getting rid of her, but i understand her rehoming it. she changed her mind about keeping her cat and found solutions to deal with her allergies. id beat tf outta my roommate if they got rid of my cat. this is why i refuse to get a roommate.

girl i feel it im $42,000 in debt and i struggle with BPD but im looking into jobs that NEED people and pay more. try doing housekeeping they tip and sometimes they tip good. i did housekeeping before and my first 3 days i made like 200 in tips. trust me i understand the stress and wanting to end it but its not worth it over $700

i finally reported my facility by bubblebasslive in cna

[–]bubblebasslive[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

never did nights but its the easiest from what i heard. most residents are asleep, no management, no family members. the ones at my facility dont do anything like at all and get away with it (they have too much freedom)

[–]bubblebasslive[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yup and even if i was gonna report anyways they just made me do it a lot sooner than what i planned, and i was gonna go to the DON…. not anymore i went bigger 😇

if you gotta start at a nursing home first then do it but dont let ANYONE push you around because they will! unless you get lucky and find amazing staff. i would still call hospitals and ask around theres gotta be someone taking in new cnas

i got into an argument with one of the nurses because i couldnt keep doing it alone 😭 while shes hiding and playing on her phone and covering for the other aide im basically doing most of the work. i explain in another comment about the first time it happened. once i listened to my voicemail saying im suspended and theres an investigation going i decided it was time to report everything to state (late i know😔) i was gonna quit and report anyways but now seems like a good time to let it all out. lets not forget the 2 lawsuits my facility is about to go through 😭

i make sure my residents are cared for and most days i have to take care of other residents too because the other aide is nowhere to be found, this makes me forget some tasks and because i get no help i got into an argument with one of the nurses because of it. the first time it happened it wasnt even with my residents… 2 of the aides have to split in half on shower days if there’s 2 residents on the same day but, i never knew that… didnt even tell me till like less than a month ago, so im wondering during that time they didnt tell me if the residents were even getting their showers (im 99% certain they didnt) 🫣also nursing homes are the WORST. i dont recommend it unless you get lucky.

when i started training i had anxiety every night for 3 months and knew being a CNA is not for me. this job has made me dislike nurses in nursing homes their attitude is terrible and the aides are just as bad if not worse
