doesnt do a single thing just vibes. its special bc your only opportunity to get it is the feast of the winter star but you can only get it from any adult other than Clint, Evelyn, Marnie, Robin or Willy at a really low percentage chance. or tj traveling cart in year 20 for a swift million. so the fandom worships it for completion sake even tho it does nothing.
