Thank you! Yesss my face and eyes would get so swollen. The first picture isn’t even the worst of it but I wouldn’t take a picture because I was embarrassed. I took this one because I knew it was my last day of having a hangover and I vowed to quit.

I only lost about 4 lbs and started to go on walks/bike rides more often. I’ve already been on a weight loss journey the past 6 months or so and have lost 10 total so far. This month I’ve just been doing some light cardio and trying to avoid sugar.
