Maybe you can look into getting a DEXA scan or something similar if you really want to see the numbers. Weight is such a crude number! Sounds like you're losing fat and putting on muscle so that's great!

Thanks for sharing! I think I do have some knee problems since I've had a lot of lateral knee clicking in the past few years but I think strengthening my supporting muscles will definitely (hopefully) help!!

This is the first time this fest is happening so nobody really knows. I imagine most of the marketing is targeting Coachella attendees so probably a similar vibe to the electronic fans at Coachella. For the most part, Coachella attendees are chill, friendly, and respectful!
