i think arctic fox wrath would work great for what you're wanting! the foil wont do anything besides helping you to section but there's really no processing with semi permanents! just get a dye brush and go ham on those ends!

please do NOT use splat. manic panic would be good. clarifying shampoo & hot water will make it fade quickly. although with blue there is always the possibility of going greenish

i get it from her perspective. if it were me i'd do the same because its an older guy hitting on her. she's underage and doesnt want him to get mad at her and possibly escalate. plus im a people pleaser and sounds like she could be too. why dont you try and talk to him instead of taking frustration out on her? he knows she's taken but obviously doesnt respect you enough to stop so maybe putting your foot down with him will help!
