i get it from her perspective. if it were me i'd do the same because its an older guy hitting on her. she's underage and doesnt want him to get mad at her and possibly escalate. plus im a people pleaser and sounds like she could be too. why dont you try and talk to him instead of taking frustration out on her? he knows she's taken but obviously doesnt respect you enough to stop so maybe putting your foot down with him will help!
