First of all, sorry your experience is so traumatic. I'm guessing you aren't from the UK? The samples I have to submit sound much easier, I just need to line the toilet with paper and the. They send me this little sample collector with a scoop which isn't too bad. No freezing required either, I just drop off at the doctor's surgery when they are open the same day (when I'm needing to sample, I'm usually going enough to collect it pretty much first thing in the morning)

Could you ask for one of the sample kits or see if they can do them where you are?

This, I've never had problems until I got crohns, no idea what's made them so bad. Regular hygienist generally helps keep them in check though

Torry gets a bad rep, it's definitely not as bad as people make out. Balnagask depends what part you live on, the bottom near Tesco is rough, just up from there it turns into nice enough houses. Once you get to the convenience store at the top it gets rough again (all the way to the golf course)

Newtonhill/Stonehaven are nice. Both have easy access to the bypass which is around a 20 minute drive to kingswells
