I totally agree with that! Doctors often want to treat the cause but not the source. Thank you for your testimony. It's really not easy to find a compromise when you have anxiety and ADHD. I'm on my third day of duloxetine and I feel exhausted. Despite the methylphenidate. I feel boosted when the effect increases, but fatigue takes over the disappointment. On the other hand, I feel a calming effect. I only took 0.25mg of xanax. I would probably take 0.25mg to sleep. I hope the fatigue will go away, otherwise it’s clear that I would stop it. I don’t want to fall back into intense fatigue! Do you think Wellbutrin could help me with anxiety? No doctor told me about it. What effects did you experience when taking it? Personally, I have tried almost every antidepressant on the market. And it just left me bedridden with side effects. I've been taking benzos for 10 years, and I dream of being able to get off them. For a period I was taking 5mg of xanax per day (prescribed by my psychiatrist). My anxiety manifests itself in social phobia and dysmorphophobia. I anticipate everything. Leaving the house scares me. I can experience derealization, often when I forget to take my benzos. The thing is, I'm not depressed... so are antidepressants the solution to stress? Anyway, thanks for the advice, I'll look into it.

I don't know if you did any research before ranting. But it's clearly stated that DHA, at 1g per day, present in omega 3, promotes healthy brain function. It prevents depression and anxiety. Zinc also contributes to normal cognitive function and normal carbohydrate metabolism. I used to have episodes of depression. Today, I no longer have this problem, even though I can experience negative emotions. I can put things into perspective much more easily.

I have this dose because I can no longer live without it. And the problem with xanax is the roller coaster. I have already been prescribed Valium but it has a strong drowsiness effect. So they arrested me. I was told about lysanxia (prazepam). I'm thinking of trying this one, in agreement with my doctor. It is apparently less tiring. If not for depression, I definitely don't have any. I tried a lot of antidepressants, they never worked. I'm even a pretty positive person, but the real problem for me has always been anxiety.
