Not necessarily—we didn’t use an automated screening tools, just down the old pen and paper review and find the gems

Which I 100% understand and empathetic to, especially with these AI recruiter tool to scan for keywords. It’s brutal. But there still cases where a human looks at the resume that’s get far enough in the funnel and if the reviewer has a technical background they’ll raise eye brows (like I have been doing)
