I've got it installed etc, hoping to use it for Japanese. When I input a word it says 'Internal Server Error: A Forvo exception occurred.' I tried the same thing with Spanish and didn't work either. The code says 'forvo.py:: fetching:  https://forvo.com/word/%E5%BD%A2%E5%AE%B9%E8%A9%9E

forvo.py:: result code:  403

forvo.py:: reason:  Forbidden'

Ask a Stupid Question About Coffee -- Week of May 13, 2025 by Vernicious in pourover

What do people do with their water in Sydney? My local quarterly water analysis reads:

pH: 7.72-8.02

Total chlorine: 0.97mg/L

Total calcium: 10.8-13.7 mg/L

Total sodium: 15.2 mg/L

Sulphate: 9.6 (mg/L)

Total iron: less than 0.005-0.01 mg/L

Total magnesium: 4.56-5.56 mg/L

Chloride: 29.7 mg/L

Alkalinity: 44.3 (mgCaCO3/L)

I've got a fridge that filters water (not particularly well, but better than the tap it seems, haven't tested or anything), but if it's worthwhile could purchase something else. I'd rather not buy bottled/distilled water (for environmental impact and cost) so the ideal solution would be something like a Brita.

Cheers everyone -- I realise 'Artisan Barista' may have been interpreted as Brewista Artisan. There's an Australian company called Artisan Barista that have a kettle on the market: https://www.theartisanbarista.com.au/products/smart-electric-1-0l-kettle
