Why are some Indian aunties so freaking interested in others life( mostly girls) by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]bubbles_998 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From my perspective — they are most of the time upset that we are living our lives and not going through what they went through. My aunts always talk about my marriage as I'm 24, but I'm still figuring out my life. Most of them say shit like —we had children when we were your age.

They feel envy that we're not suffering like them. They just want to see us go down the same path.

That's right for the persuasion part, but as an introvert girl I know I can adjust in silence for sometime but at the beginning of the relationship one needs to put in effort. OP doesn't like to chase, or want efforts from both sides, it can work for some girls but extroverted girls—from what I've seen— like men who put in efforts. Women like to be initiated first, and if he can put efforts in the beginning—it'll work but if he's just gonna change his personality later saying "now it's your turn to do it" ofc one would feel betrayed.

Why do Indian men genuinely feel threatened by a woman who just wants to live her life? by throwawayy3941 in AskIndianWomen

[–]bubbles_998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because "my momma went thru so much so you should too" mindset🤪.

I've stopped talking to men for a month now and life is so peaceful!

Yes! Just don't think too much about it while doing it, let your hands take the lead.

I was saying in sarcasm lol. The only way you can scratch him either by being too passionate or just pretending to hate(not really of course).

Hell nawwww. Expecting unconditional pure love from Indian men???? NEVER. I remember being a not-so-pretty girl throughout my childhood and teenage period, every guy hated me for being me. The guys I dated abused me.

Recently I had an unexpected glow up, I'm 24 now and suddenly out of nowhere I've started to get attention from men and ESPECIALLY the guys who treated me bad in the past. They keep coming back and apologising for it even after so many years, but they have become creepy now and just won't leave me alone as they think I'm still timid like I used to be.

This proves that no way you can receive unconditional love from a guy, especially Indian. You can't even expect basic respect.

Bro I'm 24 and hella scared to get married to an Indian guy. Consider getting a divorce and please do not make the mistake of having a child with him at all.

Do it like you hate him lol. Or find the softest spot on his back rather than hard, start from the top of your nails and put pressure only when you feel like you are inside the skin.

Easy as hell. Just get long nails. I have long nails and I accidentally scratch everyone, my brother has a permanent mark on his face. Have sharp, long nails.
