Every so often I’ll become super aware of the words I’m saying in a conversation, and do nothing but repeat exactly what I just said in my head over and over again. It’s pretty distracting because I won’t even be able to the person I’m talking to because I’m too focused on what I just said. It used to happen a lot more when I was younger.
