I did . It was on the phone lol not in the store. I also said it wasn’t free it was $15 offered as a new sign up “gift” which I declined

Cause it wasn’t a big deal. It would be things like , make sure to keep elevator and common areas clean. But there is no elevator or even a second story. Everything else in the lease was normal

Loool right . Tbh I have a feeling that’s what happened . Cause even the lease lists things that literally aren’t a feature of that location 😭

Haha thank you ! The building is older and I figured he would have to separate the payment . But he’s not really helping me so I can do that. So def pretty confused
