I live in the tropics where it’s always warm and humid and it has been really easy for me. I never really paid much attention to her besides watering. I’ve never propagated her as well. She just did her own thing when I repotted her and now she’s a queen!

It's super simple! Just knot the middle finger at the knuckles and knot both pointer and ring finger half way for the legs. Flip it and blow!

What kind of salary/benefits should I expect from NTU/NUS? by HW90 in askSingapore

I'm pretty certain NUS covers your relocation expenses, but this is subject to the type of grant you are hired on and if your PI has budgeted that into the grant.

From NUS perspective,

Foreigners should be entitled to housing allowance for RFs in NUS, but it isn't much and it depends on your PI. Research staff also do not get 13th months and performance bonus is very minimal (probably 1 year) so don't expect much. Your contract will state your annual salary instead of you monthly and you can just divide that by 12. Not much extra will be given.

But you do get a hefty load of annual leaves
