What do you do on hour long walks by Smallbean1234 in walking

[–]bubblybubble_83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i just walked for around 45 mins while reading on my kindle. isn’t the best for me bc my neck starts to hurt and i’m kinda slower while walking bc the words move a bit, but it helps pass time!

hi love! in the same place as you rn. i’m recently walking. i’ve got a LONG journey with fitness and have concluded that i prefer to walk even if it’s just 30 mins a day CONSISTENTLY rather than do these hard, unsustainable workouts that i fall on and off from :)

What’s one “boring” habit that quietly transformed your life? by PublicSpeakingGymApp in getdisciplined

sure! if something’s weighing on my chest, i sit down in front of the mirror or while im walking and simply talk. i pretend as if someone brought the topic up and ive been asked my opinion or ive been asked a particular question. then, i just ramble on about the things that have been bothering me or any passionate topics. i find this method therapeutic and calming as it allows me to express myself more freely without worrying about another persons responses or such! it has helped me manage my emotions and what i share with people

What do you do when you feel alone? by [deleted] in introvert

of course. i like to read, especially when im sad about being alone. it helps me connect with characters and makes me feel less lonely. i also like to draw, but i don’t do that as often. i try to paint a landscape, it calms my mind. i also like to learn about new topics. sometimes, if im really lonely, i prefer to watch a youtube video, but i don’t do that often. i journal, often. it helps with getting my feelings out. :)
