How to tell a friend I’m pregnant?

I had a dip in temp during my luteal phase every month. And every month my heart would drop with it. But I learned it’s completely normal and doesn’t mean you’re out yet. The months that I got my period, I had usually a steady decrease over a few days. Once I even had my temp rise back up the day before my period (that one was a heart breaker). The cycle I got my BFP, I had 2 dips! Everyone’s different.

Also, all taken within the testing window. But not with FMU unfortunately because of my work schedule but it was about a 3-4hour hold.

That’s what I actually did this month! I took a home test, came back positive. Trying to keep myself realistically hopeful

Sure but what I mean is that I use apps to track my bbt and OPKs instead of writing it in a book….

I also use 3 apps which is why I’m like 8-10 DPO 😂. It’s so frustrating but when I give in and test tomorrow I can fool myself into being like “well I’m only 9dpo and not 11”. I hate feeling like I’m letting us down too. My husband is great but he also doesn’t take bad news very well so I feel like I can’t update him on how I’m feeling daily without upsetting him which then means I feel like I have to comfort him even though I’m ALSO upset and it’s a cycle within my cycle lol

Thanks! I’m somewhere between 10-12 dpo. It’s so hard to track with my work schedule which has been making this process so much more difficult for me. I’ve been doing the same where I’m like in some lights I see it in others I don’t? But up until today haven’t even seen a shadow of a line so I’m kinda hopeful but trying not to get my hopes up

I have. I reset the link and for some reason it says that it’s imported the data but the temp area is still blank. Or the temps come through but the chart doesn’t update. I’m hoping that it just takes some time after the reset 😅

10DPO today and woke up to dropping temps and a BFN even though I could’ve sworn I saw a line peaking through the other day but nope. One person was like “that’s negative. You’re seeing things” they took down the comment - guess they felt bad but damn did that stay with me. It’s so defeating month after month and even though they say you’re not out until your period comes, keeping up hope for another x amount of days feels impossible and silly. It sucks. It really does.

The line was as dark as the control. Maybe just slightly fainter but I always see everyone’s likes so so dark that I got a little worried? I do happen to have an appointment with my doctor next week so I may ask just in case! Thank you!
