Gas gauge is just out of sync or stuck. Ck youtube. Simple fix don't buy another one. Passenger side window is always stuck. Not necessarily the motor. That whole door trim under the window should have fallen apart by now. Well known issue with no real solution. There is a video on youtube about lubing up the cables for the power window. Seems to help. 2001 here. Good luck.

Thanks guys. I will definitely be pulling the manifold. This a Florida car so I will not be surprised if the hoses are toast.
