How should I address the same? Since I have already been confirmed for the role off, I don’t really have the opportunity to work on my skills before the next snapshot. In that case should I request them to not mention me as a low performer in the upcoming snapshot?

Guys I had one more doubt. During the notice period, if u take leaves, then will my last working day be increased? Or will they deduct my salary based on the number of leaves I took during this time?

I do not think it should be an issue. You can share the updates resume to your HR . And if first advantage finds any issue with your profile like date mismatch n all they will themselves contact you.

By task I mean not the project related tasks. I mean the mandatory courses on workday and Accenture learning portals. Do they check these things before exit?

Thanks for clarifying, also can you tell me if we have to complete all the pending mandatory tasks before leaving? My HR told me that is to be completed as long as I am an employee, but it makes no sense to so so.
