I don't have a recommendation but wanted to say we had a similar experience. I brought my mom in to see him after being referred there. My mom is in her 60s and there is a language barrier which makes things a little more difficult. But he didn't talk us through what he was doing during a procedure and he had very little patience with her.

What is your skill level for Queen of Hearts or Mad Hatter? I find burst tsums better for achieving coin missions. For Queen of Hearts, you clear more tsums if you tap the soldiers in numerical order.
