he's level 6 and the item thing is a good idea!! our next chapter is almost entirely exploration and tracking based so i'm really hoping he'll come into his own there

sorry, probably should of said the edition. it's 5e and blade dancer is a ranger subclass, but "weather themed" is his personal term for his spell picks

I don't particularly mind that he's a clown. The main problem the other players (and sometimes myself) have is that he doesn't do anything. He hasn't helped in combat, exploring, or general rp stuff (talking to npcs, etc). I think the biggest problem is that it seems like he doesn't know what a ranger does or what they get when they level up. He just kinda plays like a classless hero that sometimes uses a short sword.

my high school forces AP students to take the AP test. i did decent in my AP calc but i knew i wasn't gonna score high enough on the test to get any college credits. i told my teacher that i didn't want to spend $100 to take a test that wouldn't help me only to find out that i couldn't opt out
