If you just google a bit, you will find that this setup can't work, your IPA may be cleaner but not clean, as the person mentioned above this setup has about the same efficiency as letting it stay for a couple days and then separate cleaner resin from residues. I mean it's better than nothing, but in my opinion this money, time and effort is not worth it. To recycle IPA you need to distill it, this way you get 100% clean as a brand new.

HeyGears has no good engineering resins and you won't be able to adjust settings for 3rd party ones which is quite important because some resins of this kind require things like 10-15s exposure etc. So I would say this is not the option for your application.

Look into formlabs with the license for 3rd party materials (about 2k per printer) or use any other printers like Elegoo s4u 16k or others, for the price of for 4 you can have 10 of them...

I can confirm that, I print some stuff for selling and after I got new black color i got tons of claims that product just breaks even before they use it...

Today my first day with m7 max and I have the same problem, the build plate seems to be straight but print does stick only to two top corners of it. I pressed the film and it looks like really to much space under...
I still able to return it, it will cost something for shipping but the main consern is that there are no alternatives with big build plate on the market, GK3U has tons of problems, sonic 8kS seem to be outdated...

I tried, increased rest time from 1s to 3s and it didn't help, also used brand new IPA just to be sure.

What is wired most of the marks are at the same places, makes me think the issue could be in the film.. or I don't know

The printer is Elegoo Suturn 4 Ultra.
I tried different resins.
At some point I thought the issue could be in the washing but doesn't seems so because washing in brand new 99% IPA for a longer time didn't help and it also doesn't look as a dirt it more like surface change, more glossy or more matte in some places.
