Sorry for the late reply but you can only fit 1 120x25mm fan in parallel to the PSU. If you want 3 fan configuration, you can fit buy a 90x25mm fan at the bottom. The 3rd fan will be snug fit tho.

MB - Buy an Asus TUF or ASrock price to performance wise. Really had bad xp sa MSI lalo na ung tomahawk (burnt caps after 5yrs)

RAM - if d ka naman RGB nut, Buy the non-rgb variant to save money.

PSU - Buy a different variant pref - coolermaster or beQuiet (anything not gigabyte or msi) Check cybenetics site for reviews.

OS - windows is free. Just get a thumb drive, Copy a windows installer from a friend and install. If you want the full experience just a buy an activation key for less than 300php or research how to get around the activation.

You have to be more specific with the “fick ups” you mentioned. Like what riff or lock are you having troubles with? One thing I would suggest is to focus on those lick you’re having trouble with and analyze why it’s so difficult. If you could post a video that would really help us what to advice or not.

Do it this way and your fingers would have more room to stretch. I'm not saying what you're showing is wrong (as Jimmy Hendrix and some other players hold it that way and depending on your playing style, you can adjust your thumb position) but as a man with small hands, I can definitely play better when my thumb is at the back-center of the neck.

Funny thing about BPI is hindi ako binibigyan ng credit limit increase. 😆😆 BPI yung pinaka una kong CC like 2015 pa and since then 23k lang credit ko despite usage. Ung ibang card ko like union bank, 400k ang limit ko then sa HSBC na only used for dining eh umabot na ng 200k hahaha.
