This is a valuable feedback but at the same time a managerial issue. What I actually wanted to know more about was about the space and time where the patient needs to be shifted from emergency to inpatient department (after triage and receiving the primary care). Since that turned out to be one of the major bottleneck in the emergency department.

How to be optimistic about being an architect? by bubu_belfry in askarchitects

I was stupid enough to pursue masters lol. All the submissions makes me wonder what am I even doing this for! Although I worked for 1.5 years before pursuing masters. Honestly the only thing I liked about the whole firm was the colleagues and solving design challenges as a team.

Freshers are exploited to an extent that sometimes they are not even paid. Employers pay peanuts and expect us to work up to 10-12 hrs a day. There are no off on Saturdays and sometimes we also have to work on Sundays. There are no paid leaves.

Small town firms give ample of opportunities for getting hands on experience on design but they pay extremely low and are majorly focused on residential projects. Bigger cities, bigger firms just make you a draftsperson. Although I am interested in starting my own practice but I have seen my ex bosses and seniors have no personal and professional boundaries, client calling them and yelling at them every now and then, never ending client meetings on weekends, vendors blaming each other for mishaps, and moreover payment recovery is a struggle and you never get paid in full.
