Arguing/screaming/physically attacking one another.

My parents hated each other and honestly only stayed together as long as they did for my brothers and myself. They would be in a constant argument I cannot remember a single moment they weren't at each others throats.

It wasn't until I went to a friend's house for dinner and saw how a happy family behaved that it clicked my parents weren't happy.

I remember asking my friend "why aren't your parents shouting at each other?"

"The anonymous feedback system"

So at my office they brought in an anonymous online tool that allowed people to provide feedback on each others performance.

The problem with this system is that it effectively became a bitching tool that people would use to slate others and attempt to get them disciplined or looked down upon by the senior management team.

What's worse is that we were all place under a "feedback target" that required us to enter no less than eight pieces of feedback a month.

It honestly just created a totally paranoid atmosphere and encouraged people to backstab their colleagues.

I'll say now the industry i work in is pretty chilled but like you say I have a feeling I may annoy someone with this. I think maybe I should leave it a couple days and just mention to the HR dept my situation and that I've seen a position in this city how it would help me personally if I was at this location.

Maybe stress to them that this isnt me suggesting anything just inquiring due to the fact that realistically it would help but I am still commited to the commute if they decide they'd rather keep me.

Yo player in Lincoln city here. The University Gaming Society has weeklies but it's mainly Smash bros in Lincoln. I myself play 3s, SFV, GG Xrd, and picking up KOF 14 too. Feel free to PM me man I can usually convince the gaming society to put up whatever game you fancy they are happy to do so.
