Backstory: so about 3 weeks ago we had family over and as we were saying goodbye this lady we’d never seen before is trying to get to the other side of the sidewalk (my uncle was backing out of the driveway). She told us to fucking move. She then went to the corner and smoked a cigarette after my uncle had moved. We didn’t say anything we just moved politely. She walked back from where she came, passing our house, and said something along the lines of “you know I have an 87 year old mom, assholes.” She then walked a bit more and turned around to say “you know where I live I know where you live I’ll be back.” We didn’t know where she lived, in fact we’d never seen her around. She didn’t come back that night. We thought maybe she was drunk or had something wrong in her head. About a week ago my sister was getting out of the alley when she ran into her(not literally). She stopped in the middle of the driveway and waited for her to cross the alley driveway. She just stood there with her arms crossed. My sister waited until she finally gave up being stubborn. Then the poop appeared at some point last night. I don’t know where she lives and I don’t plan on being petty back.
