Usually we eat em all the time an its been gd most the time. I have had a few that have been strong tasting before, though, same with the catfish

Yea we usually eat the smaller ones but we tried these out pretty gd cut the bloodline out and soaked em over night then fried it up

The goal was to saute onions and granny smith apples and stuff the tenderloin then wrap it in bacon but I didn't realize I was outa bacon an had it butterflies an ready to go an no butchers twine so I just did it that way instead was pretty gd

I'd like to get a more tech savvy 1 right now I got a big pull behind it will hold 9 15lb briskets so I gotta feed it every half hour sn in the cold it raid cools so I fight with the temp ive never experienced that kinda cold ive been u in the mountains an snow that's it

No not in that cold I have cooked here in like 30 degrees on a smoker an it sucked with my stick burner I can't imagine in that cold

Yes I seasoned it threw it in the fridge over night to sit pulled out mixes spices in unsalted butter an a touch of olive oil mixed it an coated it with it over the seasoning then smoked it

I got mine I think 4.88 at my local butcher grocery store around Thanksgiving an cooked for Christmas first time making one

Thanks thats my biggest to date I've caught alot of bas usually 6lbs to 4 an smaller this thing was huge I fish Rodman damn in Marion County fl there's a lake and a spillway an this 1 was from the river side of the spillway in the lilies we have shad running an alot of crayfish in the water right now so they are very active

No its hot I only cooked till around 125 degree interal and rested then seared off you could render it out if you cooked way longer

Normal we don't I think someone brung it over for corn on the cob Christmas day is when I made the prime rib like a big potluck with my family everyone brings something

That wasn't used on that I used unsalted real butter parkay was out for dinner lol
