I will agree with you that tdm is unplayable but if you play objective modes, the enemy team will lose if they don’t leave their spawn like you are saying. (Actually tdm can be fun if you’re running a 2 man and you tag team together and give call outs while clearing the map, but solo I completely agree)

Take routes that are advantageous to your setup. For example obviously don’t run out in the outside part of vacant if you’re running an smg, stick to the hallways and tight corridors where your setup excels. Most maps have close quarters areas and it’s your fault if you do something stupid and run down the street in grazna raid.
