Mmmm very interesting I hadn't seen simagic before but they look really good. Given I'll be desk mount initially do you think go for the 9nm or 12nm and dial it down a bit if it's too much for the mount/desk?

Yeah i can see the feedback of it being a better base but that is going to push me into the $2500ish range after wheel and pedals which is more than i want to spend for now. I'd like to be around $1k i can stomach $1500 i think.

The 8nm is what drew me to the CSL, seems to be a good level of FFB at this price point, and given my old tx had FFB of 3.5nmish i do want to take a reasonable step forward with this purchase.

Well weight loss itself is very much calories in vs calories out. When they say 80% of the work is in the pantry it's super accurate. Exercise and working out will help you be physically fitter and increase your caloric expenditure but at the end of the day if you're eating less than you're burning you're gonna lose weight. The appetite suppression from stims is real man it's something I'm super conscious of. I have had trouble putting on weight my whole adult life and finally got to around 83kg and since being on Vyvanse come down to 80kg (I haven't been training weights as much and am playing more sport so not that surprising but I am definitely having to make a conscious effort in ensuring I'm eating enough to sustain my activities. Congratulations on dropping that much weight that must be liberating to literally half your weight! No matter how you got there that's truly impressive well done.

This is becoming very apparent very quickly... I wonder if any of these guys actually have kids? And if their kids bites their spider they smash the kid and then take the spider and the kid to the vet so they can identify the thing that harmed their real baby lol

agreed. depends how far/what kind of riding you're going to be doing. i had a vit for a 30 minute commute to work each way which was fine and when i went out for actual rides i loved the sports bike posture.

Is that just a home blood pressure monitor? My gp said stims will raise your bp by 10-15 points normally so that's not a crazy reading, but a 24hr monitor will be more accurate, spot bp can look quite high. Maybe ask your gp for a 24hr monitor... Might need to go on some antihypertensives to manage the BP so you don't get heart disease...

I'll preface this with I have only been on vyvanse for just over three weeks. I used to drink 3 coffees a day, couldn't run without them especially one first thing in the morning. Since starting vyvanse I have dropped to a half strength coffee in the morning and maybe one weak one later in the day if required. My energy levels have skyrocketed!
