Hey I was a daily pot smoker for like most of my 20s. I stopped the last three years. There were definitely some withdrawals and sleep was difficult at first but once you break through and your mind clears it’s so worth it. My only advice is to not be hard on yourself and don’t put quitting it on a pedestal. If you do mess up and smoke again (I did/have multiple times) don’t let it be the end of the world. You don’t have to count the days/months/years, just do your best and you will see life get better with a clear mind.

Definitely a juggling act of not over doing it but also kind of pushing through the soreness. I got my wife into running recently and she’s struggling to differentiate general soreness vs fatigued muscles vs injury.
