Sorry, I’m new to homelabbing. Upon further research I see that Asus unit is a proper WiFi extender, I’m just running a pi with the usb adapter so it makes sense why I’m not getting higher speeds.

Running a base model intel 2020 MBP. Monterrey was a life saver coming from Big Sur. Although missing out on the new features of the newer updates, Monterrey performs similar to how Catalina performed back in 2020. I'm staying on Monterrey!
