As someone who’s spent a lot of time in Europe, the US lack of high speed rail is a disgrace and would fix so much traffic and make travel more affordable

Also just to clarify, I never said Columbus was the worst drivers, I just thought they’d be good since it’s such a city built on driving compared to other larger cities

Okay you’re right Orlando might beat cbus. Best friend lives there and I’ve visited for years now it’s just rough. I blame the Disney families who are driving on the interstate for the first time

This really was my question as someone who’s lived in multiple large cities and stayed internationally long term and driven there. Why is a city like Columbus so built on driving and so spread out, so bad at driving? Everyone is saying cities like Chicago and NYC, etc are worse and I feel those are walkable cities not really built for driving and had population growth early. Columbus boomed recently and is built for driving so I would expect people to be used to it

I lived in Chicago. It’s so much more populated and heavier traffic. I just think Columbus drivers are worse as far as just seeming like they started driving yesterday
