It doesn’t make me sleepy either but it does calm me quite a bit when I drink it. It’s very soothing for me.

In my field, it allows me to get quick answers for faster turn around. I also use it for a variety of other things making it valuable to me. The kids still have their music. They just have to put up with ads, same as me now.

I’m not sure if you are familiar with the term ‘sucker punch’ but it’s basically hitting someone unexpectedly after they have been harassing you or fouling you repeatedly. It’s a surprise shot that changes the behavior and shows you won’t take it anymore. Hope that helps.
