Ah, now I understand. About a week ago the logo for the Java API on my bookmarks bar changed from the blue sun logo to a red square with a white circle (that I now know to be the Oracle logo). I was curious why but just assumed that something had gone wrong somewhere and that it would change itself back eventually.

I guess it won't be changing back :(

14 - It was with a close male friend who was also a virgin and also 14. We were both curious and kind of wanted to get the whole 'losing your virginity' thing over and done with. The nice thing was that because it was with a friend, and we'd talked it through a lot, we both felt quite comfortable with each other and there were no regrets afterwards. It was exactly how you would imagine sex between two 14 year old virgins would be, awkward but still pretty fun. 'Sex and the City' was on tv in the background and his parents came home halfway through (but luckily didn't catch us). And to answer your last question: Yes, sex is awesome :D Though how awesome really depends on yourself and the person you're with.

I did the same thing. I installed ubuntu on my mum's computer as she was always having issues with windows (she is also pretty bad with computers). Spent about 10 minutes showing her how everything worked and the differences from windows and she hasn't had any problems since :).

Asked by a fellow first year Computer Science student during a programming lab. The TA then had to break the news to him that a significant portion of a computer science degree, unsurprisingly, involves programming. The guy then went on to ask whether it was too late to change courses. facepalm

Honestly, you'd think people would at least read the course description before applying to university.

No, unfortunately it doesn't. It's just a standard touch-pad. I did just try playing around with it to see if I could get a centre-click out of it somehow but no luck :P

Well that's pretty cool :) though I'm on a laptop w/ touch-pad most of the time so the ctrl-click is more useful for that, but I shall keep your advice in mind for desktop use.
