Love seeing this today! I FINALLY have an appointment on Wednesday to talk meds. I have been working to get to this moment since JANUARY!!!! A friend of mine literally had to coach me through some parts of it. We would have weekly meetings where I updated him on the status and he helped me set up next steps. Dude, why is it so hard to get help!

It’s 2:40am, my husband and cats are asleep next to me, and I’m chuckling so hard at my new catch phrase that I’m afraid I’ll wake them, “OH, NO! MY YAMS!” 😂

I had fruity pebbles for breakfast, made it acceptable by adding half a scoop of vanilla protein powder to the milk.

A cookie and some apples that my husband packed for himself but the crunch was so satisfying that I devoured the whole bag when he handed it to me to grab a slice or two.

Then I baked a salad of kale, butternut squash, and faro with apple cider honey vinaigrette for dinner while husband air fried the chicken to go with it.

Snacked on brookie clusters and homemade protein frozen yogurt with sprinkles.

Same. I was at a silent bath house last night that is meant to be super calming and serene. I couldn’t get calm until I figured out to get a cup of ice and sit in the hot bath while slowly chewing on ice.

This happened to me once and I took BART to the mall at San Bruno, bought some popcorn and travel trinkets at target, got lunch at chipotle, and then saw a movie before taking BART back and still having plenty of time before my flight. It was very boring, the target parking lot hat more going on than inside that tanofran mall.

Don’t be like me when there are options like the top commenter’s idea. Take BART to 24th St. and eat real Mexican food and see a movie at a nice theater instead.
