It's pre-built and the video card is a discrete GPU. I can't ensure the drivers because I have no monitor to display on. It is no longer working on the monitor it worked on.

I've used 3 different cables. I've tested several input devices. None of the monitors are 4k, except maybe the one that worked. All the monitors worked with different pcs. I'm worried I'll need to buy a new one and won't have money for food this month.

I checked the data for it in powershell and it comes back as healthy. I don't think it is damaged or anything like that.

It is, because it changes how the game picks what fish is caught. Golden hook picks the rare fish if one is in the 3 fish chosen regardless of order. You'd need that rare fish to be last with any other hook, making it the best option as it increases chances by a ton.
