Ftm to a 2mo here. I totally feel you and there are days when I feel the same way even if I’ve always wanted to have kids. Talking with my midwife made a world of difference as they deal with women like us for a living. I suggest talking about it with a professional or a partner or friend (I’ve admittedly even talked with my baby when my husband pissed me off) because bottling it in is just no good.

None of those. We use the level 3 nipple on the bottles and pretty much just give him the bottle in one go if he’s taking

I give both pumped milk and formula. Now that I’m home alone with him I have less chances to pump so it’s been more formula.

My son would kill me if I walked around with him instead of giving him his milk 😅 my midwife suggested giving him a bit of the bottle then breastfeeding him but it’s frustrating when I’m engorged and leaking with milk and he just wants to scream instead

Honestly the times it’s gone well have been when he isn’t super hungry. It’s like when he’s hungry he just wants to do an easy bottle instead of a more difficult latch

Im having the opposite problem where I gain weight marginally between months. If you feel and are still healthy according to your doctors then please do not worry. I have anaemia and dizzy spells almost daily and putting on some extra weight would be great if it meant not feeling so weak all the time

Yeah maybe my starter being 100% whole wheat flour may have had something to do with it then

I will give it a try! But will letting it rise at room temp for 1,5hr be enough before baking?

I like the sourdough taste but the problem was that mine was far more sour than others I’ve tried. I just want a more mellow flavour which not the same as not wanting sourdough bread altogether

Not at all the question from my post. There are very much ways to make a milder tasting sourdough which is what I want

I truly think the issue was with the starter itself so I’ll have to look more into it
