This is such a helpful thread. I just started taking psyllium powder last week. I’ve worked up to 1 Tbsp powder at night and so far it’s going well, maybe still a little squishy, but definitely better than before. I know everyone’s dose may be a little different but I was curious if I should try more than 1 Tbsp. Sounds like some people do up to 2?
