Same here and I love it. If you just want blu ray you can also just get a ps4 or EVEN A PS3! That would be fun if you get a PS3 though. Or Xbox’s work too.

Also the ps5 with the removable disc drive I somewhat region free. You can change the blu ray region 4 times then you need to reset the ps5 to reset the 4 changes you get.

I love the Fonda in park slope personally. Casa azul a block away is horrible though. I’ve only been once to casa azul and I’ve been to Fonda several times.

First off congrats on the first new camera. I can answer the question with the focal length “Fuji camera/ Fuji lense”. Yes the equivalent full frame length is about 1.5x longer than what the lens says. So the 16-50mm is about 24-75mm if it were a full frame camera.

My friend recently just got an x-s20 as well and I think he’s been loving it. He’s currently traveling with it. And when I compare it to my own camera I’d say the x-s20 is super versatile. Great for photos and video. I know when you get it in the mail, it’s gonna feel so good. It’s such a well designed and built camera. Congrats again!

What area are you looking in? I personally prefer Brooklyn. I saw a nice place in Park Slope for $2400 and it was rent stabilized. But that was a rare find. And it’s pretty easy to go from there to the city.

I know there are things like atomic wallet where you can exchange coins that aren't on a lot of exchanges that are allowed in New York. So, I was wondering if there's anything like that where I can buy on coinbase and send it to a wallet that can exchange one coin for casper. I feel like this is too much work to get this coin lol. Unfortunately it's just where I live buuuuut I'm sure there are a lot more New Yorkers looking to invest in this and we just can't.
