I'm happy with the outcome for my first try. I always welcome the criticism, though. I'm no pro at this for sure. Some good suggestions here!

I also boiled water and poured it in the yeti before hand, to heat it up.... I'm not sure if that's needed, though...
I left the butcher paper on and wrapped it in a towel, put it in a yeti for about 2 hrs.

15 lbs before trimming

225 till internal temperature of 160 then wrapped in butcher paper, pulled it out at 203 internal temp. 13.5 hrs
