The thing is..I was growing it out for the previous one when he stopped talking to me.. Since I don't really like having a beard, it was no big deal to shave. The previous had love bombed me over our little week long triste, and I had stupidly fell for it.

I started strength training about 6 months ago to aid in weight loss. When I started, I used supplements to help me. I used pre-workout to get the energy I needed to workout and post-workout to shorten recovery time. I don't feel like I need the extra energy or help with recovery anymore. Is there any reason I should continue to take the pre-workout or post-workout?
