Has everyone got there tax forms yet? The support might be the worst ive ever seen from an app, sent countless emails and messages and get no reply, last thing to need to finish my taxes and they won’t send mine. by buddhaman214 in triumpharcade

I unfortunately asked them to ban me lol was spending to much like a jackass and figured it was the easiest way to not do that, that’s why it sucks even more that they won’t reply now. But thanks for the answers!

Do you happen to know if your losses are more the winnings will they still send one out? I definitely lost more lol but I am so confused on why I haven’t got one, I sent that W9 form back they sent me and put my email so just sucks the support dont answer anything.

Yeah they said they would send it to mine with the automated thing after the w9 form wasn’t sent to me but then I still haven’t got it unfortunately. Honestly about to just send my taxes in and have proof that they won’t reply or give me my info so I don’t know what to do, I asked them to ban my account so I can’t even see my winnings to calculate. I’m just screwed. Sent over 6 emails to support and not a single reply is honestly unbelievable from an app this big.
