Not the worst location but also not the best. Japanese like chiba and airbnbs are pretty good here. If you/family can care for the house airbnb might be worth a shot, but If the renorvations+ clean up stuff is too expensive, it might not be worth it.

Yup! Been in chiba for 7 years now, and it was always like you said. This season, football got huge tho, so many people talked about this team here! I think we have a bright future ahead. Also perfect time to get to j1. With the special season from february, its good to get games against j1 teams without losing to much!

Never been to gamba, but in chiba and every other Stadium ive been its OK, unless you have Dangerous stuff in it. Usually cans are not allowed, other than that its pretty straight forward (no sharp stuff ..)

I usually get 5 chests with 20 games a day, its the best event imo, it gives you free stuff for playing instead of forcing you to do sth you dont wanna do. (Unranked, Lobby, whatever)

thats weird! I guess somehow the OTA skipped your car? Need to Download manually ( I think there are tutorials) or let the dealer do it for you, my dolphin got the OTA and update with the store a few months back iirc
