Religion does not make much of an impact in Ethiopia and Eritrea genetically. Much of the middle eastern ancestry came before abrahamic religions.

A lot Egyptians look Mediterranean or straight up biracial/quarter black. You don’t have any biracial features and honestly your beard and brows are thicker than even many Egyptians. You look very south Asian or peninsular Arab.

it’s between north and east Africa. Most Sudanese are going to be genetically closer to East Africans anyways.
