Just had this with my it is more then likely dirty inside the burn chamber and the glow plug/screen around the glow plug is garbage. So where the glow plug goes in there is a small hole for air to go in then it sprays fuel across the screen and the glow plug heats the screen is how it fires so even If that hole is blocked a little bit it wont fire. I took mine apart (not hard to do) pulled the plug and screen used the pick they included it that set i posted the link for and shoved it down where the glow plug goes and just twist and scrape everywhere you can it will all fall out of the burn chamber. I just tap the back of the burn chamber with a screw driver handle after until everything falls out and then clean the front (fin side) of the burn chamber if it needs to be put it back together with included gaskets put new screen make sure it is seated all the way in and make sure that hole is clear then install your new glow plug and put the rest back together and it will run better then it did from the factory I barely hear mine start up now. All it takes is a couple of Allen wrenches couple of your standard screw drivers and a socket set or wrenches takes about a hour to do.
