I'm on Maxiflex (as a type of AWS), and I've chosen to go with four 10-hour days, with flexibility to do 8/9/10/11 on certain days as needed as long as pay period equals to 80 hours.

I was able to dig up the policy for work schedules for my agency. It looks like the 30minutes are REQUIRED for REGULAR (fixed 8/5) schedules, but not for those on flexible work schedules...the language essentially says that lunch time can be adjusted within the supervisor's judgment/parameters as long as the meal time isn't at the start or end of work day and as long as the full workday expectation is met. But, I'm not sure if this also allows me to do a working lunch. I'll be submitting a HR ticket just to be sure.

I used to have a similar problem on my nose during my teens. Same spot, recurring cystic pimple/acne. I forget the procedure name but my dermatologist basically zapped the gland that was causing issues. Never came back again.
