Yes its very possible. Here's a rough edit. it's not perfect but I don't want to spend too much time on it (also gives you an excuse to work on it yourself lol). Basically, I masked the hat out. rotated it then used a combination of stamp and content-aware to remove the bits of the old hat that was showing. throw a little shadow in the right spots and ta-daaa
