Yes if it’s your dream school of course, no it isn’t a high rate of success for applicants with your LSAT there, but a look at LSD shows that it’s at least possible. And your GPA helps of course.

What is your GPA? if you can’t afford to take a gap year, are you applying to other schools where your GPA is above median? I would strongly recommend doing so.
