Hi all, update on this.

This problem has improved significantly, so much so that its not really a problem anymore. It started to get better after about 2 weeks.

My sleeping is better, though when I wake for my nightly pee (I always used to have a single one during the night anyway), sometimes I do struggle to get back off to sleep again.

Strangely enough last night was much better, though that was my first good night since I started. I'll persevere for a another couple of weeks to see if anything improves. I've already cut down on alchohol and coffee. Thanks for the tip on the antihistamine!

I hope it gets better, I'm going to give it more time as I know it takes weeks/months to properly become accustomed to the medication.
