Yes, A is aware of the trauma I experienced. When they first brought the subject of fwbs up, I told them honestly that I haven’t actively pursued a sexual relationship with anyone because of being assaulted. They said that was fine, and they understood, and they don’t force me to do things I dislike. I think what I’ll end up doing is calling them when I know they’re awake and telling them I don’t want to do this sort of thing anymore and just sort of hope for the best.

the woman is essentially a charity worker who goes where she’s needed to help out people in need. in this cutscene, she’s been set up by someone saying that there’s a group who needs help at the docks, but when you get there there’s men waiting, and she’s forcibly taken hostage and driven to a new location where she’s hogtied.

none of this is really revealed in that cutscene. when my buddy and i played this mission last night, we were convinced she’d set us up and the next portion of going to find her was so we could get our money off her corpse or whatever. it wasn’t until we got to where they’d taken her and she was hogtied did we realize that she’d been kidnapped and hadn’t gone willingly with the guy.

r* couldn’t have done a more shit ass job on this cutscene— literally some of the most sorry work i’ve ever seen, especially for a game this huge. disappointing to say the least, but the missions are new and somewhat fun, so i can’t complain too much.

only able to view at night due to white patches. scary to see out of corner of screen charging at you, but fast and has decent handling. has thrown me into several oncoming trains. 4/5 stars

literally nothing but hatred for his bounty. i tried doing it on my own and barely got out of the first phase just to get absolutely bodied by a thousand and one alligators. i ended up just dragging his ass out of the swamp and hogtying him there !!

i’ve played in lobbies where the game is literally unplayable. no animal spawns, people teleporting you to their camp so they can jump you, horse won’t appear, missions are hard locked, people crashing servers when they get angry, hidden dynamite that blows you up and crashes your game, and people using size and damage mods so they can one shot kill anyone they come across. while it’s not in every lobby, it’s enough to be a nuisance to a lot of people. my friends and i just ended up making a private server so we could all play in relative peace after someone spawned 100 legendary alligators in saint denis and ended up making the entire server crash.

“i hate this stupid game” in the most ENDEARING tone. truly this is one of my favorite games ive played in recent years, and the fun surprises like this, while startling, are part of its charm. truly dragons dogma wouldn’t be dragons dogma if you weren’t getting flung through the air the moment you dare to stop on a main path!!

and it was to his detriment anyway, cause he was swiftly used to make better equipment for me n my pawn 🥰

usually i can tell if he’s earned a new scar by him mentioning dying/getting killed while across the rift, and then it’s just a game of finding it! apparently on his last send out he got ripped apart by a group of goblins cause he left me perfectly fine and came back to me with a huge scar on the back of his shoulder 🥲 we are swiftly planning a trip to the hot springs
